Key Responsibilities

- Create impactful content—written, visual, and video—that resonates with our target audience, reflecting our brand values and messaging.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytical tools, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overarching brand goals, promotional events, and product launches.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering a positive community around our brand.
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep our social media presence relevant and innovative.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and graphics for social media campaigns.
- Implement and manage paid social advertising campaigns to further enhance the reach and engagement of our organic content.
- Organize and conduct social media workshops or training within the company to promote best practices and increase brand advocacy among employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing techniques.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and ability to analyze performance metrics.
- A creative mindset and a passion for storytelling through social media.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with great time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, especially as they pertain to social media, is advantageous.
